Your new company
You will be working for a manufacturing organisation with an international presence, renowned across the globe for production of market leading products in the fast moving consumer goods industry. They provide their products to the world’s most famous house hold names, ensuring high quality and consistency in every aspect of their process.
Your new role
In your new role as Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for driving Lean manufacturing programmes throughout the production facility, working with a cross-departmental approach. You shall educate, train and coach continuous improvement/lean techniques to all types and levels of staff on site, creating a lean and efficient culture.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in your role you will have strong working knowledge of implementing Lean techniques in a manufacturing environment, applying your understanding of Six Sigma tools and techniques. You will also possess experience coaching and mentoring others, sharing your previous experience using Lean methods.
What you’ll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of around £38,000 dependant on your experience along with good benefits including holidays and pension. This opportunity is a rare and new role, that doesn’t come around often.
