The Role
Reporting directly into the MD, you will be leading a team of Automotive Application Engineers (UK & Overseas) in all respects from workload prioritisation to training, investment and development and performance management.
The main duties will be to lead APQP process in for new product development from enquiry through to PPAP delivery to customers. You will need to work closely with internal development teams to guide new products towards profitable customer solutions.
The Candidate
Time Served Engineer
Good customer facing skills
2D&3D CAD capability
PPAP/APQP knowledge is highly desirable
Proven experience in the Automotive industry
