Working for a global manufacturer of high value and bespoke systems for the Marine, Truck and Industrial markets, the Production Manager will be responsible for manufacturing productivity, efficiency and quality throughout the manufacturing and CNC cells. The Production Manager will manage 5 Team Leaders and have responsibility of up to 50 production staff. Someone with engineering and manufacturing experience and has used of LEAN methodologies will be suited to this role.
The Role
Working alongside the Planning team, the Production Manager will be to manage manufacturing productivity within its CNC and manufacturing cells as well as ensuring efficiency and quality throughout. You will also focus on manufacturing process savings and improvements.
The Person
The Production Manager role offers an outstanding opportunity to join a leading global manufacturing business. Someone with manufacturing management, ideally within Engineering or the assembly of products would be well suited to this position. Use of LEAN tools and methodologies is a must.
