Your new role
This manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Group FD/CFO who can manage a small finance function in a hands on role, but also provide the Board with more commercial, operational and strategic planning.

What you’ll need to succeed
The successful Group FD/CFO will be a qualified accountant who has extensive experience across manufacturing. They will be able to develop new strategies , processes and procedures that will maximise growth into the US and Europe ass well as developing within the UK.
Extensive business partnering from the shop floor up to the owners and other members of the board.  Looking for someone who can lead the business, through previous knowledge and experiences.
Managing a small finance team of 3.
