A high precision machining company, with a varied client base, require a Manufacturing Engineer to support continued growth and develop lean practices within the Machining department.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company which this newly created role. You will have responsibility for Lean activities within the plant, as well as developing Standard Operating Procedures. The reduction of scrap and increased efficiency will be key to the success of this role.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be apprenticed trained within a machine shop environment and have precision Grinding and CNC experience. Good Lean and continuous improvement experience, this person must be multi skilled within precision engineering.
