A leading multi-billion pound global supplier of automotive components require a Plant Maintenance and Site Facilities Manager, taking responsibility for general, routine and planned maintenance of the building, equipment and facilities. Reporting into the Plant Manager, you will ideally be from an automotive background, strong Health and Safety values, preferably with an understanding of chemicals.
The Role
With Management Team assistance you will be responsible for the completion of capital and installation projects. Implement and maintain maintenance system, lead and manage TPM and control spend within budget targets. Support problem solving and fault finding activities.
The Person
Ideally you will be NEBOSH qualified, educated to HND or degree level and have a multi skilled maintenance background. Solid electro mechanical preferably from a high volume automotive manufacturing environment, PC literate, confident decision maker and able to work under pressure.
