An international Pharmaceutical Contract Development Manufacturing Organisation that is building a global manufacturing capability by acquiring facilities from leading pharmaceutical companies that have demonstrated the highest quality and regulatory standards. They have recently grown their portfolio in the acquisition of the Bristol Site and are now seeking to employ a Manufacturing Process Manager to further enhance their existing manufacturing team.
The fundamental objective of the site in Bristol is to provide a world-class, customer-oriented outsourced manufacturing operation. The Bristol Site is a Top-Tier COMAH facility, safety and GMP compliance are fundamental expectations of the site and its people.
Your new role
The Manufacturing Process Manager will have full asset responsibility for one of the manufacturing facilities at the Avlon Site. You will be required to deliver a facility that is able to meet the needs of a number of customers whilst owning and delivering improvement in Manufacturing Excellence.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have wide experience at a leadership level within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will ideally have experience in Contract Manufacturing and/or Generic Manufacturing. You will have a proven track record of improvement through the use of lean tools, it would be beneficial as the Manufacturing Process Manager to be certified six sigma green belt.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively to stakeholders ranging from Executives to customers and operational staff. You will be able to demonstrate delivery of a number of change management initiatives.
What you’ll get in return
In return, you will be paid an annual salary of up to £60,000 and be entitled to a number of company benefits.
