They have recently grown their portfolio in the acquisition of the Bristol Site and are now seeking to employ a Senior Manufacturing Manager to further enhance their existing manufacturing team.

The fundamental objective of the site in Bristol is to provide a world-class, customer-oriented outsourced manufacturing operation. The Bristol Site is a Top-Tier COMAH facility, safety and GMP compliance are fundamental expectations of the site and its people.

Your new role
The Senior Manufacturing Manager is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing activities at the Bristol Site (a 24/7 operation) are delivered in a compliant, yet timely manner. You will recruit, train and develop a team of Shift Managers that are tasked with the delivery of manufacturing operations within a range of facilities across site.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have wide experience at a leadership level within a regulated manufacturing environment, likely to be Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Medical Devices or FMCG business.
You will have a proven track record of improvement through the use of lean tools, it would be beneficial as a Senior Manufacturing Manager to be certified six sigma green belt or above.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively to stakeholders ranging from Executives to customers and operational staff. You will be able to demonstrate delivery of a number of change management initiatives.
