We are seeking an experienced, target drive and forward thinking Plant Operations Manager to take responsibility for a Northamptonshire based Manufacturing site. As part of the senior management team, you will have full autonomy to manage the site while driving productivity.
Senior Management experience from a manufacturing experience is essential due to the level of responsibility which the position holds. While Food or FMCG experience would be beneficial due to the fast pace of the process, other backgrounds will be considered.
With previous Lean Manufacturing experience, you will be expected to implement a Lean Culture on site while driving Continuous Improvements. Previous change management experience would be beneficial.
