Your new company is an award winning manufacturing company. Following significant growth and business success, they are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the team.

Your new role
You will take a hands-on approach to oversee the production operation, ensuring goods are delivered to specification in a timely manner. You will strive to ensure that all activities on site are conducted with health and safety at the forefront of operations, whilst maximising efficiencies through delivering upon KPIs and providing leadership. You will be in frequent contact with clients and stakeholders to build rapport.

What you’ll need to succeed
For this role, you MUST have solid experience in Production Management and have experience within a rail environment, ideally within manufacturing or engineering. You will have excellent management skills and be able to delegate tasks to achieve results within your team. You will be skilled at data analysis and be competent at using MS Excel.
