Working for an innovative manufacturer of electromechanical systems, they are seeking a Production Manager to provide manufacturing leadership to develop and grow a diverse and high-tech production operation.
The Role
As an experienced Production Manager you will lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve manufacturing performance results. You will be responsible for establishing plant strategies and achieving the company`s operational goals. Planning, budgeting and forecasting the department`s resources. Managing departmental performance and providing regular reports to the senior leadership team.
The Person
You will ideally be degree educated in engineering or a relevant area with at least 5 years managing a product department. Demonstrate a strong leadership including the ability to implement change and influencing business strategies. You will have the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and knowledge of change control methods and processes. Demonstrate understanding of technology, products, machinery and costs with proven financial analysis and resource planning.
