Your new company
As the Senior Manufacturing Manager you will be employed by a nationally acclaimed Pharmaceutical manufacturing business. Having recently invested a vast amount of capital, they are now looking to look at their manufacturing processes and would like to improve their overall quality, efficiency’s and processes.
Your new role
Within this brilliant new Senior Manufacturing Manager job, you will be managing a team with a vast amount of experience within the Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. You will be the point of contact for all Health, Safety and Environment issues as well as have the task to develop, investigate and progress the teams beneath you. As a senior member of the management team, you will be expected to work closely with internal stakeholder to ensure that company standards are met across the board. You will also have the opportunity to progress and develop yourself to join the Board of Directors as the Manufacturing Director as part of their succession planning.
What you’ll need to succeed
With your experience of working as a Manufacturing Manager (or similar level) within an Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, Medical Devices or FMCG business you will have the core skills to succeed in your application. Within your career, you must have gained exposure to change management and have enhanced your people development skills. In addition to this, it would be beneficial as the Senior Manufacturing Manager to hold a green of black belt lean 6 sigma belt.
What you’ll get in return
In return, you will be paid an annual salary of up to £78,000 and be entitled to some extremely good company benefits. Your standard working week will be Monday to Friday, 8-4. In addition to this, you will be given the opportunity to progress and develop to the Manufacturing Director level within this role.
