Exception PCB returns to UK ownership following acquisition

Wright Industries has acquired Exception PCB, returning the printed circuit board manufacturer to UK ownership. Joining Wright’s other investments, Exception PCB will become part of the Connexion Technologies group, a provider of advanced electronic and mechanical solutions for high-reliability industries.

The acquisition underscores a shared commitment to building the most advanced manufacturing capability in the UK. It comes at a time when national focus on domestic manufacturing capabilities is gaining traction, especially across sectors such as defence, aerospace, energy and critical infrastructure.
