FDF Awards celebrate the best in UK food and drink
The Food and Drink Federation (FDF) have unveiled the winners of its FDF Awards, celebrating the top talent and innovation from across the sector.
Across 20 categories, it rewards the organisations, projects, and people that have made a real impact, from businesses making a difference to local communities and apprentices who have made their mark, to innovations supporting the nation’s health or forward-thinking net-zero initiatives.
During the ceremony, held at the London Roundhouse, FDF’s chief executive, Karen Betts, reflected on the often-invisible work that goes into feeding a nation of 70 million people with high-quality and safe food and drink. She noted that it’s the people – the engineers, the scientists, the apprentices, the technologists – that make this happen, and that are at the heart of food and drink manufacturing.
Award winners include Quorn Foods for Environmental Leadership, Weetabix Food Company for the Best Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Initiative, and Ramsden International for Exporter of the Year. The full list of winners can be found here.
