Job Description
• Manage and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Oversee and optimise manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Develop key performance indicators to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process excellence.
• Implement effective change management strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
• Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with set standards and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:
• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial position within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
