Job Description
Manage and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Oversee and optimise manufacturing and engineering processes.
Develop key performance indicators to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process excellence.
Implement effective change management strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
Train and mentor staff on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with set standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:
A degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial position within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
