What You Will Do:
• Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Oversee the monthly payroll process using ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, managing conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line with company policies and UK employment law.
• Drive the recruitment and onboarding of top talent, partnering with recruitment teams and supporting career development and succession planning.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UK employment laws and industry standards, generating insightful HR reports for senior leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and line managers on all HR-related matters, leveraging your expertise to influence and build strong relationships.
What You Will Bring:
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a similar HR role, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
• Essential knowledge of ADP payroll systems, with a solid understanding of payroll processes and tax implications.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in payroll and data management.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent, with a passion for driving HR excellence in a dynamic work environment.
