With further growth plans, the Operations Manager will join the organisation at an exciting time and with the foundations in place to impact significant long term change.
Job Description
Reporting into the Group Operations Manager, the Operations Manager will lead production, engineering and warehousing via a leadership team of 3. You will have responsibility for a suite of metrics and the expectation to increase capacity, develop systems and grow a high performance culture across the site.
The Operations Manager will play key role in integrating CAPEX and driving performance across existing production lines. You will work closely with group CI and engineering functions and alongside the other Operations Manager across the UK to continue the growth of the business.Day to day responsibility will include:
• Maintaining high standards of HSE
• Delivering best in class customer service
• Integrating the systems and cultures of the wider UK business
• Developing a structure with significant growth and high performance in mind
• Playing a lead role in CAPEX identification and delivery
The Successful Applicant
The successful Operations Manager will have an ambition for growth orientated change and possess a range of the following:
• Demonstrable background in manufacturing leadership within a fast paced manufacturing environment
• A strong lean toolkit with a data orientated approach
• Experience in CAPEX delivery
• Exposure to change management
• Proven experience in managing end to end operations, developing capacities and customer service
