Job Description
As Site Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in the future growth of the business, taking overall responsibility for production operations at our Stanley site. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will ensure products are delivered on time, to the highest standards, and in full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape operational strategy, drive efficiencies, and build strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure the site continues to grow and deliver for our customers.

Key responsibilities
Championing our “Home Safe Everyday” philosophy and embedding safety-first practices.
Developing and executing operational plans to achieve ambitious production targets.
Driving a culture of Operational Excellence and Zero Defects through continuous improvement.
Building strong working relationships with Quality, Engineering, Planning, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
Leading, motivating, and developing a skilled team of managers and operators.
Monitoring KPIs to identify trends, implement corrective action, and drive improvements.
Supporting environmental commitments including our Net Zero programme.
Ensuring site housekeeping, preventative maintenance, and compliance standards are consistently achieved.

Skills & Experience
Proven leadership experience in a fabrication, machining, or heavy industry.
Experience in implementing CI strategies and demonstrating impact.
Communication with customers and maintaining key relationships
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and inspire teams.
A successful track record of delivering performance improvements and driving operational results.
