What You’ll Be Doing
Purchasing & Cost Control
• Own procurement strategies, negotiate effectively, and ensure cost-efficient solutions with top-tier suppliers.
Supplier Management
• Strengthen and streamline our supply chain across the UK, China, and India, ensuring seamless, high-quality operations.
Team Leadership
• Inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Influence
• Work closely with HR, IT, and Health & Safety teams, shaping business-wide efficiencies.
Process & Systems Innovation
• Lead transformative projects that optimise processes and modernise operations for long-term success.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build strong supplier relationships.
• Experience in process improvement, streamlining work flows, and driving efficiency.
• Knowledge of global supply chain operations, including international sourcing.
• Leadership ability with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and building high-performance teams.
• A proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
