Your new role
You will work with Directors and Managers within the business with the view to implementing, sustaining, and putting forward recommendations for change. You will lead department heads and advise directors on best practice and recommended changes. You will implement continuous improvement methodologies such as 6Sigma and Lean within the manufacturing operation- and ensure profitability, efficiency, quality and a high level of customer service. You will create, enhance and innovate processes across the business in order to support these goals, and communicate well at all levels.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have a wealth of experience with tangible examples of when you have implemented change within a manufacturing setting. You will be able to communicate and influence at all levels, and feel confident in putting forward recommendations for change. You will have experience in Lean/ Six Sigma methodologies, and supply chain planning.
