A leading manufacturing organisation offering a new opportunity for a Senior Continuous Improvement professional to join their successful and established team.
Your new role
An exciting new opportunity to champion and lead Continuous Improvement best practice initiatives for this global employer of choice. This role will be key in developing and embedding the Roadmap for Continuous Improvement activities across the site and ensuring processes and behaviours are aligned accordingly. A key element of this role will involve engaging and influencing key stakeholders across the manufacturing operation, coaching and championing lean six sigma programmes and methodology. With responsibility for a small team of Continuous Improvement professionals, this position has high levels of visibility and executive sponsorship.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have a demonstrable passion and track-record championing Lean principles across complex manufacturing environments. An in-depth understanding of the deployment of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology is essential with a proven track-record of driving change management initiatives. As you will be overseeing various projects you will need to be highly organised, efficient and have strong communication and presentation skills. You will need to provide coaching to management teams and leaders and provide them with support to share best practice so experience in this area is also required.
