Your new role
As a General Manager, you will provide immediate support to the MD and Senior Department Managers in the day-to-day supervision of the Commercial, Logistics, I.T and Production teams. You will be an approachable and proactive leader who is comfortable in a variety of environments ranging from senior board meetings to the shop floor. You will be an integral part of the company’s succession strategy allowing for a fantastic opportunity to develop and progress long term.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a dynamic and experienced manager who leads by example. You will come from ideally a manufacturing or logistics background and will be familiar with ERM/CRM systems. You must have advanced Excel and I.T skills and you will effectively work independently off your own initiative.
