We are currently working with a well-respected chemicals company, who is looking for Production Manager/Site Manager to be based in Leeds on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will manage the operation of the Leeds based plants and the work of the production staff. You will plan production schedules monthly/weekly/daily alongside the Planning & Scheduling Department, to generate production plans to meet customer demand whilst maintaining the site’s own requirements. You will effectively manage all areas of production. You will write Works Instructions in consultation and agreement with the Site Manager / Business Processes Manager/SHE Manager and prepare reports on plant performance as required by works Procedures.
