£62.9bn in aircraft deals done at Farnborough International Airshow 2026
The first four days of Farnborough International Airshow generated £62.9bn in announced deals, according to trade association ADS. In total, 353 firm aircraft orders have been placed alongside 904 firm engine orders.
The trade body, representing the UK’s aerospace, defence, security, and space sectors, estimates that this orderbook will deliver more than £10.8bn in economic value to the UK economy.

In its latest Aerospace Outlook, ADS revealed that the UK aerospace industry generated £41.5bn in turnover and £30.6bn in exports in 2025, while supporting a workforce of 113,000 people. The Outlook can be read in full here.
