Michael Page has been appointed to recruit for a new permanent Engineering Manager opportunity based in Christ Church. We are proud to be partnering with a long standing business who have recently experienced a period of growth.
Job Description
• Working closely with Project Managers and System Designers to deliver our projects
• Leadership to a diverse engineering team of 10 to 20 engineers
• Scheduling and resource management of all aspects of the project lifecycle
• Adhering to business processes and governance
• Facilitating the evolution of innovation ideas
• Progressing reviews, metrics and onward reporting
• Supporting planning and estimating
• Managing of technical risks
The Successful Applicant
• Degree qualification in related (STEM) subject or equivalent experience
• Track record of leading the delivery or support of Enterprise, Project, System or Product level solutions and/or services
• Experience with System Engineering tools and processes
• Requirements Engineering and Management techniques
