Your new role
As Engineering Plant Manager you will make decisions to deliver optimum plant maintenance that improves safety, commercial viability and reliability as well as making daily decisions on asset care across production, chillers, steam, heat recovery, all record and audit viability and planned maintenance for the site. You will truly run this plant and be the key decision maker on the ground for maintenance, operations, safety and delivery.
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience in delivering optimum maintenance planning that improves safety and performance across a varied range of equipment and being accountable for and delivering results back to senior management. An entrepreneurial attitude to enhancing the commercials of the plant and an excellent people person with a passion to support and develop people and deliver on company values
