Our client is an engineering company based in Oxford, Oxfordshire looking for an HR lead for the UK.
Job Description
As HR Lead for this UK Engineering Business you will partner the senior stakeholders of the business to ensure the best people practices and culture are in place to drive future success.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have worked as an HR lead previously and be able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience business partnering senior stakeholders of a business on a people strategy centred around culture, engagement and talent.
The successful candidate will have a breadth of HR experience.
As well as being based close to Oxford the ideal candidate will be able to start at short notice.
Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering or high-tech environment would be very useful.
Experience of working internationally at some point in their career will also be highly desirable.
