We’re looking for an experienced Lean Manufacturing Manager to lead and embed lean principles, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the delivery of world-class manufacturing performance. This is an exciting opportunity to influence change, coach teams, and make a tangible impact across a complex production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the implementation and application of lean manufacturing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and process performance.
Coaching, training, and mentoring managers, team leaders, and operational teams in lean tools and techniques.
Facilitating workshops and improvement activities to identify opportunities and deliver sustainable results.
Collaborating with stakeholders across production and support functions to ensure consistent standards and best practice adoption.
Using data and analytical problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of lean methodologies, tools, and continuous improvement principles.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience facilitating workshops and leading improvement projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and operational environments.
