Your new role
As the Manufacturing Manager, you will be joining the site leadership team with your reporting line being directly in to the Factory Manager. Within your remit, you will be the direct line manager of 4 Shift Managers. You will then be expected to offer leadership support to the shop floor team on a daily basis. This role will require you to follow strict GMP and product quality standards whilst maintaining the highest level of health and safety processes. You will support the Continuous Improvement team to drive efficiencies across the business and deputise for the Factory Manager in their absence.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will have the following experience:
– IOSH / NEBOSH qualified
– HACCAP / Food Safety qualified
– Lean Six Sigma Green / Black belt
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ideally, you’ll have worked in the food industry for 5+ years
