Job Description
The Operations Excellence Manager – Lean six sigma will be responsible for;
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.
• Develop and execute strategies for cost optimisation within operations.
• Oversee and improve procurement practices to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
• Lead and mentor team members to achieve operational goals.
• Report on progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Excellence Manager – Lean six sigma should have:
• Strong expertise in procurement and supply chain management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to identify and implement operational efficiencies.
• Experience in data analysis and monitoring performance metrics.
