Job Description
Oversee and manage the production process for composite parts, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer and business demands.
Work with NPI team to take new products into full production
Monitor and analyse production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
Manage and lead the production team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimise processes and resolve any production challenges.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for senior management.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

The Successful Applicant
Experience in managing production processes within the industrial or manufacturing sector, particularly with composite materials.
Experience of Composite parts is essential
Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control processes.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Good communication and organisational skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
Live locally and drive – public transport is not an option
