A globally renowned Aeronautical goods supplier, based in Gloucester are looking to attract a Production Manager to join their ever growing business due to a recent promotion within the team. With a very positive work book spanning 2023 and beyond, this business will be able to provide a lot of stability in conjunction with the prospect of future growth.
Your new role
As the Production Manager, you’ll be reporting into the Operations Manager with 20 indirect reports, 2 direct reports. You will be expected to drive KPI performance on a daily basis, whilst looking at ways to better existing processes and reduce wastage where possible. You will be part of the site leadership team, so will at times, get involved in CAPEX and other significant projects to aid further development.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for the Production Manager, you must have the proven experience of working as a Production Manager, Operations Manager or a similar position within an Aeronautical manufacturing business. You must have a proven track record in change leadership, ideally with a professional qualification in 6Sigma (desirable, not crucial).
What you’ll get in return
As the Production Manager; you’ll be paid an annual salary of up to £50,000 which is dependent upon your experience and level of professional investment that the business would like to provide. In addition; you’ll be given access to their flexible benefits portal.
