Your new role
Your new role as Production Manager will involve you running a fast-paced and busy manufacturing facility, which operates a 2 shift pattern. You will be responsible for productivity increases, increasing line efficiencies, reduction in scrap/waste and will lead a team of engineers and operators.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Production Manager role, you will have had previous experience in a similar position, coupled with a technical background in engineering. Ideally, you’ll possess an engineering qualification, but more importantly an aptitude for leadership and communication, working in a cross-collaborative manner.
What you’ll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £60,000 depending on your experience.
