You will be working for an expanding manufacturing organisation, who provide quality and sustainable products to a variety of industries. Your new company is an innovative outfit, operating its production facilities at a high rate of manufacture, with sustainability, quality and safety in mind.
Your new role
In your new role as Production Manager, you will be responsible for efficiency, quality, safety and productivity of the whole production facility. You will lead all production operations, coaching and developing your large production team and working closely with other engineering teams, ensuring optimum productivity in a safe environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Production Manager job opportunity, you will need to have had previous experience leading a production facility in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, in a continuous production facility. Ideally, you will need to possess relevant qualifications to go alongside your experience i.e. NEBOSH, HNC/HND or can display extensive experience around cost, quality, production, HSE and other production disciplines.
What you’ll get in return
