Terms & Conditions for the Manufacturers video content goldmine book competition

Zenoot Competition Terms and Conditions

This competition is a free prize draw to win one of five copies of the Manufacturers Video Content Goldmine book.

1. The promoters are:
Zenoot Ltd (company no. 10356476) whose registered office is at 3rd Floor 86 – 90 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE and:
Dan Barker Studios Limited (company no. 12106753) whose registered office is at 8c Bankside Industrial Estate, Little Marcle Rd, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 2DR.
2. Employees of Zenoot Ltd or Dan Barker Studios Limited, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition – your name, email address and the company you work for will be shared with Zenoot Ltd and Dan Barker Studios when you enter this competition.

5. Closing date for entry will be 23:59 on Tuesday 30th April 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 1st May 2024.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. Winners will be chosen at random using random winner generating software from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents.
11. The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the prize draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The promoters will notify the winner how the prize will be delivered to them.
13. The promoters’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
17. The winners’ names will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Zenoot Ltd, 3rd Floor 86 – 90 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.
18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
