But a new report out today says finances in the manufacturing sector were already in trouble before the pandemic from inadequate cash management, late payment and overly complex supply chains.
The supply chain and operations consultancy Insider Pro completed a comprehensive examination of 1,500 SME manufacturers accounts for the last 5 years. Nick Peters spoke to Insider Pro managing director Jeremy Bowley about the UK Manufacturing Barometer.
