The Manufacturing Technology Centre is a UK success story – created to provide manufacturing systems solutions in an agile environment in partnership with industry, academia and other institutions. Working in partnership with Consilium Recruit they are seeking a Senior Transformation Advisor
The purpose of the role is to work with manufacturing business clients to understand the current state of their business and manufacturing operations and develop solutions to achieve a competitive advantage through operational transformation and technology adoption.

The Role
The Business Transformation Team require a Coventry based Senior Advisor. The successful candidate will be working with manufacturing clients through a discovery process to define current financial and manufacturing operations performance using assessment and mapping tools, and capture opportunities for technology insertion to support the business growth strategy.
You will be delivering work packages from the resulting Transformation Roadmap which prepares the business for technology insertion to include:
Value Stream Mapping
Manufacturing Operational Efficiency improvements.
Business Process Re-engineering for Innovation.
Defining capability enhancement.
Coaching and Mentoring
Culture Change
Supply Chain assessment, design and improvement
Senior Transformation Advisors also play a key role in supporting the Technology Themes in work packages to develop the technology solutions.
The Person
The successful candidate for the Senior Transformation Advisor role will possess the following attributes:
High level of industrial experience gained in senior leadership positions.
Experience in delivering measurable change in SMEs and / or larger enterprises in a consultancy capacity.
Experience in improving supply chain.
Skills set including, lean operations, strategy creation and deployment, supply chain development and culture change.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
