A Continuous Improvement Lead job with a manufacturing organisation based in North Wales
Your new company
You will be working for a manufacturing organisation who supply precision engineered products to the aerospace and defence sector. Your new company are going through a large period of expansion, due to recently winning large contracts with international organisations.
Your new role
Your new position involves implementing operational improvement programmes across the production facility, creating a culture of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, for the operational benefit of the organisation.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in your new CI Lead job, you will have vast amount of experience in a Continuous Improvement role. You will also have an excellent understanding of lean manufacturing techniques, having implemented them in a manufacturing environment. You will need to be qualified to Six Sigma Black Belt level, as a minimum.
What you’ll get in return
