Your new company
A rapidly growing FMCG business in Shepton Mallet is looking to add a CI Manager to their rapidly growing manufacturing team. The Continuous Improvement Manager will have an opportunity to make a huge impact upon this business as they seek to continue their growth plans.
Your new role
The CI Manager will be reporting into the Site Manager and will be responsible for the implementation of all Continuous Improvement strategies at site. You will be looking at the existing ways of working and updating the skill matrix to fit the current labour demands. As the CI Manager, you’ll look at waste reduction (across all 5 waste variables).
What you’ll need to succeed
The CI Manager will need to hold a professional 6-sigma qualification (Yellow or Green belt) and have held a similarly focused role previously. You must be able to engage with people on a personal level to empower their ways of working – therefore, strong leadership skill sets are a must for this position.
What you’ll get in return
The Continuous Improvement Manager will be paid an annual salary of up to £45,000 dependant upon your experience. In addition to this, you’ll be given 28 days of annual leave, furthermore, you’ll be entitled to a wide range of company benefits including generous discounts on products.
