Jonathan Lee is currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager for a well-established Food business based in Suffolk, Immediate starts available for the right candidate.
As an Engineering Manager you will:
• Ensure all quality & food safety standards are met throughout the department to ensure standard are monitored & met within the business.
• Responsible for all training of factory personnel
• Lead & manage a team on their day to date duties – ability to hold team meetings & monitor team KPI’s.
• Control all financial budgets for the engineering team
• Plan & control all maintenance activities throughout the factory & ensure work is carried out within an expected time frame.
As an Engineering Manager you will:
• Experience in managing an Engineering team
• Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience of training team members to ensure the team is up to the required skillset
• Experience of budget control within a department
