Hays Engineering are pleased to be assisting a consultancy in Reading in the recruitment of an Engineering Manager (Electrical) to join their busy team.
Your New Role
You will be technically accountable to the Head of Engineering and responsible for managing the Engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
You will responsible for working alongside Project Managers to deliver projects, ensure Engineering team are working productively, be fully adverse with the scope and expectations of the project deliverables being produced as well as checking and approval of design/documents.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will have experience managing electrical or C&I engineering activities on a nuclear licensed site, experience of managing external suppliers including design houses and ideally have knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) or Motor Control Centre (MCC) design experience.
What You’ll Get In Return
This role is being offered with the hourly rate between £60 – £63 on an interim contract.
