Your new role
Within your new role you will be responsible for all factory activities such as monitoring the production line and using KPI measurements to analyse the effectiveness of your teams. Managing Assistant Managers and Shift Managers and utilising your mentoring abilities to improve team performance.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful within this role you will need to have previous experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment, a proven track record of management and a strong drive to improve performance implement continuous improvement.
