Nice-Pak produce over 600 million packs of wet wipes every year in Europe alone and employ over 850 people across their facilities in Wigan, Flint and Germany. Their product range is designed for the family and home, including baby wipes, cosmetic wipes, moist toilet tissue and household cleaning wipe Their customer base includes UK and European retailers and global consumer brands.

Sustainability is a very live and key component of the business’s strategy. As a result of its extensive innovation programme and influential position in the marketplace, Nice-Pak is proud to declare that over 80% of the wipes they manufacture are plastic free with plans for this to reach 100%. This approach to sustainability extends to all areas of its business including it’gs three factories.

The site in Flintshire is their head office and their original, largest manufacturing site with around 400 people supporting the manufacture of product off 9 production lines. The business constantly strives to support and empower employees, 60% of whom have over 10 years of service with the Company.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in Factory Leadership in a fast-moving, private-label manufacturing environment. The Factory Manager must be an inspirational leader with a track record of delivering a culture of excellence across their teams, having coached mentored and improved performance of their people. Technically you will an expert in the leadership of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, leading multiple functions, including engineering, quality, H&S and operations. In addition, you will have successfully implemented a lean manufacturing strategy. Ideally you will have a degree in engineering/manufacturing or equivalent.
