Your new role
You will be managing some of the most professional, productive and committed individuals found in the food industry locally. With award winning standards this company is constantly investing in new machinery and state of the art facilities.
You will be responsible for the management of the full production process, including operational support areas catch and collect and rendering operations as required by site to archive the highest levels of efficiency, quality output at lowest cost to satisfy customer demands.
What you’ll need to succeed
A proven managerial experience operating at a senior level within food processing or FMCG manufacturing environment. You will be innovative and have a strong background in driving continuous improvement initiatives. As factory Manager you must have a strong consumer and customer orientated with a proven track record in facing capacity e.g. audits, pre-production launches etc
