A highly-reputable business that produces goods for the high end retail industry are looking to add a highly experienced Factory Manager to their team. Having experienced natural attrition with the former Factory Manager deciding to retire this is a great opportunity to join a business with huge growth potential.
Your new role
The Factory Manager will be reporting into the Operations Director and you will deputise for them in their absence. You will be leading a team of 7 direct reports with overall responsibility for between 150 and 200 colleagues. The Factory Manager will be ultimately responsible for overall production at site whilst also managing maintenance plus the R&D department.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in you application for the Factory Manager role, you must have managed indirect reports in excess of 150 people and led LEAN process improvements. Ideally you’ll have managed a budget in excess of £5m and be degree educated.
What you’ll get in return
As the Factory Manager, you’ll be paid an annual salary of up to £70,000. In addition to this, you’ll be entitled to a wide range of company benefits including a company car (or an allowance), a bonus scheme of up to 20% and a generous pension contribution scheme.
