Jonathan Lee Recruitment has partnered with a growing manufacturing business in Oxford who are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monthly management accounts and ad-hoc reporting, stock reconciliation processes, management reporting packs and supporting the tax calculations.
This role is ideally suited to a newly / recently qualified accountant who enjoys being a part of the management team.
The candidate
You will be a qualified accountant and have excellent Excel skills.
Strong communication skills are key as you will be business partnering with the wider business and external stakeholders.
The ability to present finance information to non-finance managers is crucial
