Our client based West of Cambridge are looking for a Group HR Manager to support their manufacturing business.
Your new role
You will oversee and manage the HR function of a business comprising of circa: 350 employees across 2 sites in UK.
You will be an experienced HR Manager who is already operating at this level, managing a HR function including people management.
With a proven track record in HR, you will enjoy delivering an operational HR service to the business including case work, reward, recruitment and L&D.
You will be a natural influencer with the ability to work under pressure and form successful relationships very quickly with a strong customer focus.
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, have strong knowledge of employment law and a confident user of IT systems.
