Your new role
In your new role as Engineering Director, you will be responsible for working cross-collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams during project development, production planning, production launch, and production support. Further to these responsibilities, you will work together with other departments including supply chain and operations management, working on cost and efficiency improvements as well as with other company engineering steams located at other facilities around the world, to improve engineering productivity and reduce product development time.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this Head of Engineering role, you will need extensive experience within electrical/mechanical manufacturing environments, in a senior management position. You will have P&L, project, continuous improvement, engineering and operational experience, with a design background.
