Your new role
To manage all aspects of the Manufacturing operation for their site in Co Dublin. You will ensure alignment with the company business strategies and goals on site and global functions. You will ensure the operation compliance and regulations are met and drive operational excellence standards to meet the company benchmarks. Being a part of the Senior Leadership team will involve contribution to the development and implementation of strategies to ensure success and prosperity on site.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience working within a highly regulated production environment in a management position in a multinational capacity. You will be strong in business processes, organisational structures, business performance measuring and control systems to include (quality, IT, business and manufacturing.) Excellent leadership across all functional groups as well as exposure with international companies on a medium to large size.
