With a cross-functional team across Engineering, Manufacturing & Operations reporting in, this role will have a high degree of autonomy across all areas pertaining to Engineering activities.  You will help shape the strategic direction of the company and be tasked with driving and embedding best practice and a culture of continuous improvement. From a people perspective, you will be tasked with raising current productivity and capability levels and ensure robust succession plans are in place. You will be responsible for executing and uphold the company’s core values at all times and be able to contribute positively to an entrepreneurial and fast-moving working environment.

Exceptional communication skills are needed aligned with a self-motivated and customer focused approach to your work.
